I am not able to open the app on my apple watch.

I would like to change language from Russian to English, but HOW??? I cant use russian version because translation isnt good.

This new version (of 21 Jan 2016) doesnt reconnect when you move to another application or home screen. When you open it again, it tries to reconnect, but with every attempt instantaneously switches to pause count until next attempt. The only way to reconnect is to forcefully fully close the application, open again, and enter your login, password, and verification codes. Every time you have to switch to another application. I wonder how much time is needed to fix it???? Why this new version hasnt been appropriately tested before release???

Is Now possibile only to view spread future but is impossible to view the chart of spread and is impossibile to trade the spread like Pc mode. Please make it possible

The stability is great but the interface is absolutely horrid. Every time you switch the screen to double check if you placed your order correctly, it has to start all over again. PLEASE TAKE TD AMERITRADE APP AS AN EXAMPLE of what a mobile trading app should be like.

The new update doesnt show the "Today H/L" when an equity is selected from the watchlist. Please fix!

Highest usage of any app on my phone. 47% so far today. This needs to be optimized.

Disconnects every ~30 seconds. Not very useful. Clunky UI / UX; does not follow established paradigms of iOS applications. Could benefit from taking a cue or two from good apps like Robinhood, ThinkOrSwim, etc. And how long has this company been around again? Cmon guys...

1. The is constantly crushing. 2. It is always requesting username and password, it doesnt remember. 3. Two factor authentication is extremely buggy and doesnt work in 95% of the time. 4. If you remove the IB Key app, it will never be impossible to login into the system. 5. The SMS were never arrived, I checked the phone number several times, but still after several dozens of retries. 6. The UI is horribly ugly! 7. The interface is absolutely not intuitive and buggy. 8. Every time I try to modify an order, the app crashes. 9. On iPad I wasnt able to login at all. 10. I have many many more reject, but I think its pretty enough for now. Im using iPhone 6 and the new iPad Pro.

1) make it so description of symbol is optional for watch list 2) separate % change and absolute % The new version is ok but visually its not as good as previous version. I dont care what your internal team things. I trade using this platform on mobile and the newest version is not as good as the old watchlist.

Big improvement with getting rid of the "hamburger" menu, and named watchlist links are way easier to use. BUT regressions abound: - Tab bar isnt customizable. Eg. I dont use scanners or portfolio news as often as trades / FYI. - Watch lists lost % Chg column? - watch lists always show company name? - Its very hard to use watchlists. - Going in the right direction.

Finally the UI got an upgrade and refresh bringing it into the 21st century. Its much cleaner and neater now and with flat UI. Big big step up. Still a long way to go and this app still lags all the top brokerage mobile apps but a step in the right direction. They need to add Touch ID support ASAP.

Charts only appear to be going back 3 months. Please fix.

I agree with prior posts. New version is not as clean on eyes. Bid and ask harder to see on screen. Watchlist shouldnt have full security name. One positive is that two factor authentication works better. The new menu bar across bottom though disappears causing the user to have close and reopen app. Not ideal for an app where such a delay can cause you to lose $. Developers need to talk with users. Very disappointing. Time to shop options.

After he update, cant connect to server. Fix it asap!!

Watchlist is much choppy and harder to read, really preferred when all product info was on one line. Also makes it really difficult to monitor cross asset developments as significantly fewer products are visible on the screen at once since so much more info is crammed on each product line. If you need the product name as well as the symbol, go trade on fidelity or some crap platform like that, not IB.

Why did you guys have to upgrade. The old one was one of the best trading only app. Now it is very hard to trade invidividual option. Please revert back

This version is junk. Why is every "upgrade" worse than the last ??

I have used IB mobile for many years. This is the worst version ever seen. I hate this version! How to undo this update?
