IBKR Mobile - Invest Worldwide App Reviews

Good UI and trading functionality, but it takes forever to login and establish a connection to the server (need to wait 1-2 minutes without any progress bar and you cant do anything like the app seems frozen). It might have been tolerable if you only needed to go through the login and connection process once in a while like with TOS (every 1-2 days), but with mobile TWS, EVERY time you switch to another app even for a second to check your e-mail or text msgs, you get kicked off the server and have to login and re-establish connection, waiting a full minute or more. Even if you know this and purposely dont switch to other apps while using TWS, theres nothing you can do about it if you need to lock your phone (e.g. to put it in your pocket and go to a meeting) and it powers down the wireless radio.

Great feature. Only works 20 % of the times, getting error most of the time. Not very useful at the moment.

Using this up for the last few months and very happy with it. Missing only sorting capabilities in the watch lists (will be extremely helpful)

Cannot auto sign in

Since the iOS 7 layout patch I can no longer run this app. Crashes when trying to log in. Im on an iPhone 5 with the latest system update.

Why there is no MACD? Hope you can add this function recently.

Great tool with IOS7 but wont work at all with IOS 8.1 and iPhone 6 plus. Killed the old app, install, reboot no luck after 2 consecutive updates. Please fix asap. Thanks

This app would be so much better if it included push notifications (you know, that feature thats been around for five years) and Touch ID logins. It gets the job done, but makes me feel like Im stuck in 2009.

This app seriously needs to be optimized for the iPhone 6 and 6+. It could have so much potential.

Volume of shares not exact and keeps bouncing around when toggling between tickers,the app freezes and stops responding without notice.

I get an error message every time i try to send an order. Very anoying...fix it please.

Two versions ago, IB showed live FX cash markets without having to sign in. The next version did not show even delayed cash prices. The FX markets are just blank. In this latest "update" users cannot see any prices without logging in. Beginning to feel like a MSFT product.

Interface design and functionalities are both outdated as thinkorswim mobile is 100 times better than this, no iPhone 6 and later screen resolution support, pictures look like they are from the 90s, look fuzzy and low resolution, no TouchID support, one of the biggest brokers with the worst app design, take some cues from thinkorswim mobile please...

Great platform for computers, but this app is a joke in comparison with other brokers. Please IB invest some time and make a more user friendly mobile app, I couldnt agree more with all the bad comments here on this review section.

There is a bug which prevents changing the limit price of options spreads, forcing the lowest price. I was assured it would be fixed in the next update but it has not been. I have lost thousands of dollars due to this bug because I have not been able to select the price I want. Very disappointing for an otherwise great app that an important error is taking months to fix.
