Where is the IBot in IB TWS?

Where is IBot? I wonder that how many releases would be required to get it to work:) wheres QA?

The past two new releases introduced IBot, but its no where to access it.

There is no place to configure the default settings! The desktop TWS settings are not followed by the mobile version. Please add a order default settings in configuration screen.
