This Platform is Awful

The security features change on a apparently on weekly basis such that every few days I have to call in and reset my password and get a new authentication key. While I get that this is to heighten security, what good is that if your moneys stuck in a free falling stock? Or you are missing a momentum play cuz youre on hold with customer service. When people deal with other peoples money, their infrastructure should be solid, these guys are a joke.
