Risky App - Lost trading ability for +4 days - Poor app release and problem mgt
Upgraded to latest version of the app. Lost ability to connect. Logged a call. Got the run around. Learnt that IB aware of the issue with the new release. Did not inform users - did not retract the bad app - poor response to users - no trading access for 4 days and counting. Poor problem management - poor communication - poor application testing and release process. Consider other trading platforms more guided to the mobile trading service.
